Yes. We handle all plumbing rough-in including island sink drains, supply line relocation, and dishwasher connections. Our licensed plumbers are in-house — not subcontracted. Island plumbing is included in our Luxury Buildout and Full Transformation tiers.
Our proposals are fixed-price documents, not estimates. One client's $120k open-concept project came in $300 under. We don't use "allowances" as an escape hatch. If we scope it, we stand behind the number.
For most kitchen projects, yes — your kitchen will be out of service for the build duration. We set up a temporary prep area where possible, work efficiently to minimize the disruption window, and clearly communicate every phase before it starts.
